Grosszügige, neue renovierte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, komfortablen Betten, schönem Badezimmer und Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Freundliche und gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Parkplatz gleich vor der Liegenschaft. Ruhig gelegen und nur 5-10 Gehminuten zum Meer.

Casa silenziosa ma la sera sotto al portone troppo buia

A big plus was the very pleasant view from the balcony. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which was very convenient. There was also a grocery store and a bakery nearby. However, it is worth noting that the bakery only operates during the tourist season and was open until August 30th.

The location of the apartment was incorrectly marked on the map – it pointed to a different building, approximately 260 metres away from the actual address. After a long journey, we had trouble finding the apartment. Fortunately, the owner answered the phone and gave us directions to the correct location, but it was not the best way to start our stay. As for the apartment itself, the cleanliness was acceptable. Unfortunately, the equipment and the overall approach to guests left quite a lot to be desired. There was no kettle in the apartment, so we had to boil water for coffee in a pot. The stove worked very poorly, which meant that boiling water took a very long time. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen, but no coffee capsules were provided, so we had to buy them ourselves. There was not even a paper towel provided. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom, but no washing powder or capsules, so we had to purchase those ourselves as well. For an 8-day stay for 4 people, the owner left only two rolls of toilet paper. After we reported this, some additional toilet paper was left outside our door the following day. However, even that was not enough to last until the end of our stay. Overall, the apartment itself was not terrible, but we definitely missed basic amenities and, above all, the feeling that the host cared about the comfort of their guests. The stay was acceptable rather than welcoming, and there is definitely room for improvement.
