Exelente apartamento muy bien ubicado , el ingreso muy facil , muy limpio .
Un solo inconveniente con la ducha me imagino que lo solucionaran de resto exelente piso si vuelvo a lisboa trato de alquilarlo nuevamente y llegue en coche si van tengan cuidado donde aparcan las lineas azules y blancas es de residentes asi que presten atension pero hay muchas plazas cerca donde aparcar , en resumen muy buen apartamento 😉
Solo solucionen el vidrio de la ducha que esta mal

Super comfortable and practical, clean and easy to use. Didn’t have any problems with the location, perfect for 2 people.
It may be bigger on the photos, but still a great space for the price.

Check in with Alcides was perfect. He came when requested and showed us around. The location was ideal especially for people who want to experience tram 28. Also lots and lots of restaurants and bars with special mention and must visits to mercado de campo de ourique and restaurant o bitoque — basic apartment but nicely decorated and modern.
NO AIRCON. Evenings can be ridiculously hot and cause struggles to sleep. Avoid if you any difficulties walking and climbing stairs. Also possibly avoid if you are tall as the bedroom is up a weird and quite unsafe set of stairs. Also, it was extremely noisy with airplanes landing into Lisbon in the main upstairs bedroom which was a novelty at first however after a few days can become quite annoying (we didn’t mind cause we are a young couple)
