Very basic fasciitis . Bathroom and toilet doors did not shut, door to decking very flimsy and only closed with a bolt no lock! Not really suitable for me and 3 grown up kids as one had to sleep on the floor. I would knock through the toilet and shower room to make a better space ?

Location was great, 3 mins walk from the underground and local amenities. Facilities were good.

One of our group fell on the stairs as were in the basement. No instructions re the bedding as was a quilt without a cover and which had not experienced before. Did not find out access instructions until late in the day

Great location close to shops & the tube - peaceful and quiet also so had a good night sleep. I think this apartment has been recently refurbished as it was clean and comfortable contrary to previous reviews. I am booking another stay here for August!

Well-equipped and clean flat. Terrace is quite basic, and not well-maintained, but enjoyable, when it doesn't rain. The tube is super near. The area around the property is excellent, nice, clean, quiet, all kinds of shops, restaurants and rentable cycle dock are available within a few minutes' walk. This flat is fine if you only go home to sleep, and nothing else, which was our intention anyway. USB-plugholes. At a nice (although very long) walk from Kensington Gardens via Kensington High Road.

This is a souterrain flat, that was not possible to know on the website. We rented the flat for 4 persons, but it is only comfortable for two. For four, there is just not enough space. There were not any bedclothes for the sofa bed, this is definitely a problem when you rent for four, and you don't know it beforehand. The terrace is most welcome as this is the only place to have e.g. breakfast, but unusable if it rains, as it is not covered. An adapter for continental plugs would be welcome. The street is not very noisy, but the sound insulation is inexistent, so you better like to get up early in the morning.
