Homestay with family and facilities available. Kind owner, quiet environment. Spacious. New guest house. Worth the money.
Pretty much still sharing with other guests, but with such a price for the room, it's already worth the money for an overnight stay to have a rest.

Full of basic necessity, the room spacious and very comfortable
There is some leakage from the ceiling at the kitchen, but it was updated to the owner
