What a fun place! There is everything you need for a beach get away. No need to pack much, they have everything! The open design and areas for play and gathering made it super special. We will be back!

This was our second visit to St Augustine and a wonderful break from the Boston winter. The entire booking process- engagement with Jill and the property exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the location, close to the beach and nice neighbors. All-in-all a great stay and we woulld recommend. Btw - also a great spot for a family with dog!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is open and spacious, the garage had so much fun stuff, and the back yard was great. There were 10 of us total and we all had a great time and never felt crammed. The house was also really clean. We hope to be back one day.

The property was wonderful! The house is one of the most equipped vacation homes I have stayed! It was beautifully decorated and had plenty to do!
