A private estate composed of a mix of luxurious villas and Provençal masts, the Santa Lucia park is accessible:
- 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of the port of Santa Lucia,
- 20 minutes walk from the city center of Saint-Raphaël,
- 25 minutes walk from the TGV station.
The estate is fully secure and accessible by badge only to the vehicles of the park's residents.
Finally, the estate benefits from a privileged natural environment: the "Calanques de Santa Lucia" renowned for their beauty and calm - inaccessible to motorized vehicles (except residents). As such, the park should soon be classified as a "Remarkable Heritage Site (SPR)"

Authentic "feet in the water", the villa - called La Treille - is located on a plot of land planted with pines and palm trees and benefits from a remarkable location more than 15 meters above the cove!
From the 40 m2 terrace, you have a breathtaking sea panorama!
Similarly, you can access the cove directly from the gate located below the property!
Finally, the villa enjoys absolute calm whose silence is only disturbed by the lapping of the waves.

The "Treille" was completely renovated in 2024 to give it a high level of comfort: individual air conditioning in each room, electric awnings covering the entire length of the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets,...
It consists of a very bright living room opening onto the terrace and offering six comfortable seats with sea view, an independent kitchen with a view of the terrace, two adult bedrooms, a children's bedroom, a bathroom and a very practical outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming.
Particular attention has been paid to the choice of colours and the decoration of the place in order to preserve its original charm.
"La Treille" is the ideal place to rest in a magnificent setting, swim at any time, contemplate the changes of colour and movements of the sea throughout the day, marvel at the many gulfs (Saint-Aygulf, Issambres, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez) all visible from the terrace.
In the evening, the sunsets on the red creeks are sumptuous and once night falls, the coast from Saint Raphaël to Saint Tropez is illuminated under the stars.

We loved this place and chilled out the moment that we entered the terras. Perfectly renovated house! Nice snorkelling also from the little bay in front of the house.

This is a wonderful home right on the water, perched above the hiking trail and a short walk to the port and restaurants of Santa Lucia and Saint Raphael.
Check-in and out was not smooth due to construction at the entry gate, a language barrier, and the owner being remote--but not insurmountable. We stayed in the owner's unit as the pictured guest unit was double-booked--accommodations at least as nice as what we reserved, and perhaps more so given the abundance of kitchen utensils, condiments, etc. for meals at home.
The place was immaculately clean, and has just an absolutely incredible view of the bay. The view and the deck are what you're paying for, and they're totally worth it. Highly recommended.
Language barrier aside, the owner was highly responsive--I left a pair of AirPods behind, and he will be sending them my way.

As previous reviewers have stated, the view is amazing, however the villa and outside space did not live up to our expectations. The inside of the villa appears to be brand new and was very clean and well finished… but there is no wardrobe space in the villa at all, which is an issue, the beds in the two main bedrooms are very uncomfortable.. and although there are two small beds upstairs, the low ceiling makes the room unsuitable for adults. The wi-fi signal is very poor, the tv didn’t work despite getting instructions which did not help at all. The outside patio is old and in need of repair, there is a low fence which is pretty useless and the steps down to the small beach are very uneven and would be unsafe for young children. the outside space really needs upgrading then the villa would be much improved. The villa is definitely work in progress and as a result it is quite expensive for what you get. The keys were left in a key safe however as the site is gated we were lucky that someone had just opened the gates when we arrived, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to get in.
The keys included a fob to open the electric gates, so during our stay,access was ok, but on leaving, as we had to put the keys back in the safe we had to hope that the gates would be open to allow us to get out of the estate! This issue was not communicated to us on arrival! The area is lovely, Santa Lucia is a short drive away and has restaurants supermarket, and everything you need for your stay.
