I really like what’s been done with this place. Most important to us:. Comfy beds. Responsive host, maintenance issue dealt with promptly and expertlyAlso great:. Comfy couches and other furniture. Plenty of child-friendly dishware, sufficient cookware for simple needs . Lovely shower heads, and 5'2" me could reach to change force. Ample towels in a variety of sizes, all very lightweight, soft, and absorbent. Dresser and closet or clothes rack with hangers in each bedroom. Ceiling fans everywhere. Great location, near lovely park by river. Minimal easy rules while staying and for checkout. Lots of nice touches, including coat rack, overhead lights, basket or caddy in each shower at good height for toiletries, blue/aqua/beach theme throughoutNot as great:. Minimal space for toiletries by bathroom sinks. Plastic protection on beds was rather noisier than expected, the price to be hypoallergenic. Minimal kitchen cooking gear: just a few pots and pans, no measuring cups/spoons, etc.

This is my second time staying here and again the place is very clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable. The host is 5 star with check in info and if you have any questions. This property will be my go to place when I’m in the Melbourne area!
