Whether you’re here for a short getaway or planning a longer stay in Attica, this newly renovated, charming studio is the perfect place to call home during your time in Athens. Located in one of the most vibrant and well-known neighborhoods, you’ll be just steps away from the Petralona metro station and only a short walk to the popular Thisio area.

• Location: Situated under the ground floor of a peaceful building in a quiet and safe part of central Athens, this studio offers easy access to both the city center and local attractions. The metro station is just a stone’s throw away, making it simple to explore Athens. The Acropolis is only two stops away!
• Living Space: The studio is equipped with a comfortable double bed featuring a high-quality orthopedic mattress for a restful night’s sleep. Please note, there is only one double bed in the studio—no additional beds.
• Entertainment & Connectivity: Enjoy a 45-inch smart TV and free high-speed internet to stay connected during your stay.
• Convenience: Hot water is available 24/7, and you’ll enjoy the flexibility of self-check-in at any time of the day or night.

• Heating: During the winter months, the apartment is heated via air conditioning only.
