On the lower ground floor, there is a large, welcoming living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a bright relaxation corner, and a PRM toilet. Heated by an eco-friendly masonry heater, it provides gentle and consistent warmth. The owners, committed to environmental responsibility, will be happy to explain how it works.
