You’ll have the entire home and property just two blocks from the beach. The private pool can be heated or cooled depending on the season, while the hot tub provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The spacious layout ensures a comfortable stay, whether you’re lounging inside or enjoying the outdoor amenities.
Guests have full access to the home, pool, hot tub, and all outdoor activities. Complimentary bikes, kayaks, and surfboards are available to make the most of your stay.
The garage features a game and activity area for added entertainment. We kindly ask guests to park in the driveway so the indoor space remains available for games and activities.

When arriving the first thing I noticed was how clean the home was. We had everything we needed to make meals, do laundry and have a great day at the beach. The beach is about a 4 minute walk or a direct pay to park access. So many food options within a few minutes, plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and Brian was a very gracious host and responded within 10 minutes each time I had a request or question. Love the Cocoa Beach area and will definitely be back!!

The house was just as described.Plenty of room, clean, close to beach and town. Supplied linens, beach towels, toys, cooler, bikes, scooters, just about anything you needed.We loved the pool and hot tubs. Great neighborhood. Brian was awesome, checked on us to see if we needed anything. Our trip was great!

Wow, wow, wow! This place is awesome! You can hear the ocean waves from this home! Nice swimming pool, fenced in yard for the pups, fire pit, and hot tub. Very clean and lots of supplies provided. Brian is the best host ever and will go above and beyond to make your vacation absolutely perfect. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Hi Brian, We had a great stay! House was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. We had a three day softball tournament and a funeral To attend while there. The beach was a quick walk across the street, which I had hardly any time to visit . Bummer.!!I did however get to see the air show!! And it was amazing!! It flew right over the house! The mosquitoes were annoying! Maybe some standing water somewhere. All in all…It was a homey short stay. I had my family of four plus one of my daughters friend and two labs with me and they had a great time too.Thanks Brian!
