Between the close proximity to major theme parks, endless onsite attractions, and a private patio with seating to soak up some Florida sunshine, we know this home will exceed every expectation for your Orlando getaway.



The Space:

One of the best parts of vacation is the quality time spent together, and this home’s open concept design allows for just that. Ahead of meeting favorite characters at Disney Parks, enjoy a family movie night in the living room with those very characters on the screen. The kitchen is steps away with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you’ll need to make delicious meals from home. Additional small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, and margarita machine because you’re staying in Margaritaville after all! Share meals together at the dining table for 4. Extra seating at the kitchen island is perfect for casual bites and quick snacks.



This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.



Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



This home also offers an additional guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Bring your entire family, as we have a Pack N' Play, high chair, and stroller all accessible for guest use.

• 4 parking spaces are available in front of the cottage.

• Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.

• A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."

• In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.

• Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

• Pet Friendly! A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.



Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Every member of the family will have a perfect vacation with additional amenities like a playground for kids.



Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
