All the rooms in the flat are equipped with air conditioning and
individual heat pump, guaranteeing a comfortable temperature all year
round, adapting to your preferences at all times.
The open-plan living room integrates perfectly with a modern open-plan
kitchen. This design creates a spacious and functional social space,
ideal for sharing moments and enjoying meals together. The kitchen is
fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite
dishes.
In addition, the flat has a quiet terrace overlooking the inner
courtyard of apples.
For your convenience, the flat has WIFI connection.
It is important to note that the building does not have a lift.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:
• Towels, sheets and toilet paper: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement or changes during your stay are not included.
• Towels: Please use the towels only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or outdoors. Please take good care of them and avoid difficult-to-remove stains. Towels with permanent stains or damage may be charged.
• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
• Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
• Check-in: Our standard check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7 p.m. are subject to an additional fee: €30 for check-ins from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., €50 for check-ins from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for check-ins from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will be €30 for arrivals until 10 p.m., €50 for arrivals from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for arrivals from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the applicable check-in fee will be €50 for arrivals until 10 p.m. and €100 for arrivals from 10 p.m. onwards.
• Tourist Tax: The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied (€9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of €19.95 will apply.
• Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the balcony.
• Parties and meetings: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).
• Personal belongings: The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Very prompt in answering questions, easy check in process, very communicative. Apartment was 9/10 clean. Could use an upgrade in pillows (small, cheap and lumpy) and towels (small, thin and not enough). Apartment was an excellent location. Apartment was very well represented online. Very spacious and perfect for our group of 8. I will note, the piazza and street right outside our apartment was very noisy. People outside our second floor window til 4-5 in the morning. Didn't bother us too much as you get that with any big city, but something you should be aware of before renting.

The apartment was beautiful! The host was very helpful. Two of the bedrooms on the street are very noisy at night. Our family of six was mugged! about three blocks from the apartment while walking to the theater. Although the Gothic Quarter is nice and walkable, we would NOT stay in that area again! Most do not like tourists.
