À propos de cette location de vacances
Happy Oasis by Oversee 30A | Perfect in Walton County Awards – Three-Time Diamond Winner – Best Rental Mgmt. 2026, 2025, 2024
Light, bright, and perfectly chill, Happy Oasis is a 2-bedroom condo tucked between the quiet beauty of Camp Helen and the charm of Rosemary Beach. It’s an easygoing spot with a porch for grilling, balconies for lounging, and plenty of space to kick back after a day in the sun.
Highlights:
📍 Inlet Beach
👣 Just steps to Lupine Beach Access!
🌿 Camp Helen State Park? Your next-door neighbor.
🛏️ 2 bedrooms, 2 baths
🐶 Dog-friendly!
🍤 Charcoal grill
🚿 Outdoor shower
🦞 Explore Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, Alys Beach!
🛍️ Eateries and boutiques!
The location is calm, quiet, and close to everything. Walk the shoreline into the park, bike over to 30Avenue for lunch, or bring your mask and snorkel and check out the nearby Grouper Reef, it’s part of the SWARA system, (easy underwater adventures!) and a local favorite.
Inside, the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. The open living area is great for movie nights or lazy mornings. Upstairs, both bedrooms have their own balcony, so everyone gets a little slice of privacy (and fresh air).
It’s a great fit for couples, small families, or anyone craving a slower pace with good coffee nearby. And yes, your pup can come too (ask about the pet fee)!
Simple, stylish, and just the right amount of peaceful, Happy Oasis is managed by Oversee 30A, your friendly local team. We’re here every day of the week, and always just a text away if you need anything, even after hours.

It was a great unit. The washer/dryer was in the storage closet by parking and I could not get the door to lock—which was a little concerning when I was washing our clothes. Other than that, it was great. It was a very short walk to the beach and comfortable for all of us.
