- The open, fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances
- A spacious dining table visually separates the living area from the kitchen and seats four people.
- In the bedroom, you’ll find a high-quality bed with a raised sleeping surface, featuring electrically adjustable head, back, and foot sections, as well as a 2.TV
- The first bathroom, which features a large, walk-in shower, is accessible directly from the bedroom. Another bathroom with a shower offers additional comfort, especially when the apartment is occupied by more than two people. Both bathrooms are equipped to a high standard, with generous mirrors, plenty of light, heated towel racks, and hair dryers
- For additional guests, the high-quality wall bed in the living room can be easily folded out as a single or double bed, comfortably accommodating up to four people.
