Step into a harmonious mix of Roman charm and modern comfort in this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment, located in the heart of Prati—one of Rome’s most elegant and authentic neighborhoods. Just 700 meters from the Vatican Museums and a 15-minute walk from St. Peter’s Square, the apartment is also just 600 meters from Ottaviano metro station, with several bus stops right outside the building that make it easy to reach any part of the city. You'll also find famous street food spots nearby, including the renowned Bonci pizza.
The apartment is located on a semi-basement floor and offers a calm, comfortable space perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom has air conditioning and Wi-Fi:
* Bedroom 1: Double bed, ensuite bathroom, large wardrobe, and Smart TV.
* Bedroom 2: Double bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV and direct access to the terrace.
* Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, Smart TV, private bathroom just outside the room, and direct access to the terrace.
The living area is bright and inviting, with a dining room that comfortably accommodates all guests. A mural of classical Roman architecture adds character to the space, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home. You’ll find everything you need: induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and even a cozy armchair for relaxing.
The true gem of the apartment is the private terrace, a peaceful outdoor area with a large table for dining al fresco, surrounded by blooming flowers and greenery. It’s the ideal spot for breakfast in the sun or an evening aperitivo after a day of exploring the city.
