The apartment has been modernized and renovated with great attention to detail: All windows have been fitted with triple-pane glass, high-quality granite window sills have been installed, and the natural-light bathroom has been completely renovated with tiles from Spain. Doors in a modern country-style design and a light gray mottled vinyl floor lend the apartment an elegant touch. A loft-style sliding door to the living room creates a feeling of spaciousness.

Treat yourself to cozy cooking evenings in the well-equipped kitchen—salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, as well as coffee pods and tea are provided as basic supplies.

For a restful night’s sleep, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, as well as a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms can be darkened.

In the cozy living room with an internet-enabled smart TV, a small work area allows you to work effectively from home.

The apartment is rounded out by a shared laundry room equipped with a washer-dryer for the apartment. Laundry detergent is included in the welcome kit.

A parking space is also included with the apartment—a plus given its proximity to the city center.

The rate is based on 2 guests; utility costs are already included. There is a surcharge of 25 EUR per night for each additional person.

The walk-in closet can be used for an extra bed!

The apartment is located in a residential and commercial building in a lively part of Bielefeld, just 4.5 km from Bielefeld’s city center, “Jahnplatz.” Bielefeld’s main train station is just 3.5 km away. The international company Schüco is also within walking distance.

Even without a car, you’ll have excellent connections in all directions thanks to the nearby bus and (light rail) stops!
Tip: The Sieker-Altenhagen light rail line 2 is about a 4-minute walk away; the N12 bus line also runs not far from the property.

Recreation: In addition to Petripark, the Heeper Fichten are also located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Both are perfect for relaxing, jogging, or taking leisurely walks.
