À propos de cette location de vacances
Welcome to your cozy slice of paradise nestled in the heart of Lake Lure's iconic Rumbling Bald community - where the mountains meet the lake and relaxation meets adventure.
This modern mountain studio/1 bedroom condo packs a punch of comfort and convenience: a plush king size bed and a comfy pullout sofa bed for extra guests. It boasts a full kitchen (yes, even your late-night grilled cheese dreams are covered), and enjoy your very own Keurig coffee station for morning sips on the private porch that is shady in the morning and sunnier in the evening.
Step outside and never be bored - tennis? Check. Golf? Game on. Pools inside and out? Dive in. Sauna, gym, basketball courts? You bet. Lake adventures like kayaking and canoeing? Absolutely. Prefer scenic hikes and mountain views? We've got those too. And when hunger strikes, take a short drive to the restaurants at the welcome area like The gardens and Legends on the Lake. Maybe stroll down the hill from your condo to the Highlands Reserve market (find essentials plus serving gelato) and restaurant on the edge of the golf course.
Whether you're craving an action-packed get away or a slow sip of mountain serenity, this condo is your launchpad for both.
Book your escape - your mountain-lake moment awaits.
I DO NOT ALLOW PETS BECAUSE I HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT ARE HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO THEM. I LOVE OUR FURRY FRIENDS BUT PREFER TO HAVE HEALTHY AND LIVING FAMILY MEMBERS! IF YOU MUST BRING AN SERVICE DOG OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL I KINDLY ASK THAT YOU INFORM ME SO THAT I CAN PREPARE MY CONDO ONCE YOU LEAVE. AND WHO KNOWS IF A GUEST SPECIFICALLY CHOOSES TO STAY AT MY PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALLERGIC. IT WOULD BE NICE TO INFORM THEM THAT THERE HAVE/HAVE NOT BEEN PETS RECENTLY. LET'S BE KIND AND THINK OF OTHERS! THANKS FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION TO THIS LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION!

We have stayed in many Apple Valley villas over the years. This one was very nicely, updated and extremely clean Kiki, our host, was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and had great upgrades such as the motion sensor lights under the counters and the bathroom mirror was fantastic. Thank you so much and we will look to book this condo when we come back!
