Location for high street and races, comfort of beds, kitchen had everything you need. Also was well informed throughout stay

Very convenient location for town centre. Comfortable beds, nice decor, great shower. Parking permit available. Convenient code entry instead of key. Hosts gave speedy responses to all requests. Heating was very efficient and easy to control.
Top bunk is quite high, close to ceiling, and lacks a safe barrier for a child who might move about when sleeping.

Sadly not too much.
The bed was most uncomfortable. Squeaked if one even blinked, or felt that way. We ended up both sleeping in the bunk bed, so not at all ideal and for my partner to clamber down the ladders for 6 nights. The property was tired and the location isn’t the best, so depending on your reason to stay in Cheltenham, and if it Is of importance, I would be wary of this one.
For certain the bed and mattress both need replacing. It’s unacceptable.
