O hotel é bem localizado, muito limpo e confortável. O recepcionista Bryan é muito amigável, gentil e vai muito além do esperado para ajudar os hóspedes. Obrigado Bryan pelo excelente serviço!

Nice big clean rooms with super high ceiling. Fairly convenient walking distance to the center. Lovely patio overlooking the city.

Quite cold during the winter, the one little heater was not enough. Very small breakfast with very limited options.

The property is clean, neat, and well-maintained, but it is located on a hill/incline. While the setting is lovely, the walk can be quite tiring, especially if you need to go up and down twice for lunch or dinner. This is something worth considering when choosing the property.

The rooms are spacious and offer lovely views. However, the heating in the room could be better, and the bathroom feels quite small compared to the size of the room. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to a change in plans. While Booking.com did not charge me a cancellation fee, the hotel management charged me $25, which was quite unexpected, especially since the booking clearly stated that there would be no charges other than the one-night cancellation fee. This was disappointing and, unfortunately, makes me hesitant to recommend the property in the future.
