One Rosebank Executive Apartment Hotel

I really loved the location. It was quiet, peaceful, and very convenient. The unit itself was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and extremely well equipped. The bed was also very comfortable and cozy. I also appreciated the help from the reception team. Even though one of the receptionists was not particularly welcoming during check-in, he still helped us with our many bags by providing a luggage trolley. Another receptionist was very friendly and welcoming; he showed us around the unit and explained how some of the appliances and facilities worked, which I really appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We unfortunately had to shorten our stay due to an emergency, but despite that, we really enjoyed the apartment and would remember the stay positively.

The check-in experience was quite stressful. Although I had booked through Booking.com and provided my confirmation code and details, I was repeatedly asked for an email confirmation that I had never received. The receptionist’s attitude was not very welcoming or helpful, which made the situation even more uncomfortable, especially after a long day of travel. When I asked if I could charge my phone because the battery had died, his reaction also felt unnecessarily annoyed. Overall, the check-in could have been handled in a much more professional and welcoming manner.

Location excellent

Smaller than expected and not as described. Description said two bathrooms we only had one. Also said a balcony/terrace with furniture, we didn’t have this. Description also said extra large beds, the beds were a standard size. We also had no iron or hairdryer which was stated although the staff did bring is both eventually. Also the shower didn’t drain properly.
