Not a great experience

Not a lot

They had a smoke alarm in the hall way of the flat that was beeping constantly I believe because the battery was low. And when I looked at it, the date on the alarm said it should have been changed in 2016. I msg him I think the second day and he said he would send someone over but never did. Also the cleaning left a bit to be desired. Three remote controls for the tv and only one of them worked in any way with no instructions for how or which one would get it on. I figured out how to get to use my Amazon account to watch anything but there seems to be no basic channels. There was lots of noise from the road which the windows did little to stop also one of the windows in the bedroom that I wasn’t using I found open after a few days. Not a good idea when it’s on the ground floor. The fridge had been turned off too for some reason which I didn’t realize until the second day. So to be honest it wasn’t the best stay at all. Also getting in was a problem because I believed I had done the ID check etc before checking in but apparently I hadn’t paid the deposit which I understood would be taken from the card that I paid with but apparently not. I had no idea because I never received any msg to this effect until I tried to get the code to get in the door. He wasn’t very quick at replying to msgs either.

Terrible experience, unclean, followed up with abuse when we explained what we had found! Refused a refund!

Nothing!

This property was appalling, there were toe nail clippings on the side when we arrived, stained bed sheets, so we left on the first night and had to arrange other accommodation. After complaining the owners sent me abusive messages calling us bellends, accusing us of trying to scam them!!! We had left the first night!!! And had to find alternative accommodation costing us double the cost. The cleaners had clearly not carried out their job properly and tried to blame us. We stay in hundreds of places on booking.com over the year and never have any problem. This property should be removed from your list to save anyone else having the trouble we had, also being abused for telling the truth! Plus I am now £500 out of pocket for one night stay! When it should have been 4!
