Cozy home in a great area. I love that there was parking right out front and that I felt safe. Everything was labeled and easy to find.

Cozy little house that was a quick walk to the light rail… perfect for getting downtown without fighting traffic

Location. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Parking right at unit is ok for small commuter car. Anything like a large truck or SUV might pose an issue. Need to parallel park right next to a fence to be off road out front of unit.

Liked that it was clean. Everything was well maintained.
Wasn’t told that there was a tenant in the lower level, it was a surprise
