The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Zurich and close to everything. The suite was clean, comfortable, modern, and well-equipped. We loved how convenient it was to explore the city on foot. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable.
Nothing at all. Everything was excellent.

Comfortable and clean.
Staff was able to communicate on time and answer my questions.
Noisy all day and night due to a nearby highway.
Balcony blinds were broken but they fixed it after a few days. The water kettle is broken and not working.
