The staff were nice and the hotel itself was clean. There were bums around at the front of the hotel. There's nothing that the business can do about that. The city needs to deal with that problem. Premier inn was pretty nice. They had a nice dining area. The staff was a little slow on the dining and the kitchen was a little slow but the food was decent. Better than average. The hotel room was very very small even though it should have been one of the bigger rooms they had available. It's literally the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in even though it should have had extra space for extra beds for myself, my wife and my four kids. We booked the biggest room they had available as far as I could tell and it was really small.
Otherwise it was very orderly and well taken care of so no complaints on the staff.
