Unplugged Kentucky, Near Churchill Downs. 5 Min to Louder than Life, sleeps 10-12 people, hardwood floors, great for entertaining your guests, open floor plan, modern amenities, 85` flatscreen, 12 ft. ceilings, granite countertops, leather couch, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dishes, pots & pans, max of 4 cars/one RV, wine & bourbon glasses, bowls, silverware, HUGE backyard-BBQ Grill. Near Churchill Downs.
Home will easily sleep up to 10-12 people depending on how you make sleeping arrangements. Plus, we have 2 blow up mattresses if someone doesn`t mind sleeping in the living room.
It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath located near Churchill downs and the Louisville Airport.. You must climb stairs for two of the bedrooms. Has a balcony as well. If you have small children please be aware of the staircase.
Includes the fully finished basement with queen size bed, large circular couch, TV and bar.
There are two entry way doors; front door, driveway side door.
I will be in town for any questions you may have or any additional insight you may need. And occasionally may be onsite depending on my work schedule.
Neighborhood is safe. I have been here for 6 years and my brothers and step mother live on the same street for over 40 years. We know nearly everyone on the street and it is a safe neighborhood. Never had a problem with theft or vandalism.
If you are going to the Derby we are literally a 5 minute Uber or Lyft ride to the track. 5 mins to Louder than Life. If you want to go downtown Louisville we are an 8 minute Uber or Lyft ride. Louisville footballs stadium is 4 minutes away. The convention center is 5 minutes away. About 60 miles to Lexington for equestrian events. 30 miles from Elizabethtown. 1.5 hours to Bowling Green KY.
In addition to a large driveway that will accommodate maximum of 4 cars, there is a two car covered parking area (not enclosed) that will fit two trucks or two small vehicles. See pics of driveway in the listing. Driveway is long and double wide that will easily host a small RV or a trailer.
Convenient location, easy access to all the freeways, very close to The Convention Center for events, University of Louisville for their sporting events, near the bourbon trail, convenient for all concerts in Louisville.

The property manager Dennis was very accommodating and accessible if you need anything. The house has plenty of rooms for sleeping and a nice big living area where we could all hang out together. Easy access from the property to restaurants and major attractions in Louisville. We would definitely stay here again!
