Located in the highly sought-after Piney Island community, this exceptional property sits as close as you can get to the Assateague beach entrance. Completely reimagined from top to bottom, The Tree House — the tallest home on Chincoteague Island — now features sleeping for 15, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, three heated screened-in porches, four decks, including two with panoramic Assateague Channel and Lighthouse views, and two indoor family rooms.
