It was a very nice room. Walkable to shops & restaurants as well as clean. The room didn’t include beach passes. Host responded promptly to all questions & was helpful.

First time in Cape May since I was a kid. Stayed during high season over the weekend. Pros: Located right across from the beachCleanGreat AC in roomNice outdoor poolPlentiful on-site parkingBalconyOk bedsCons:ExpensiveProperty is well maintained but on the older sideVery tiny bathroomPool closes at 7pmPool loungers are set up outside gated pool area Could hear kids in room next door running back and forthWhile there are certainly nice things about the property, it is, IMO, too expensive for what it is. If I came back to Cape May, Id stay somewhere else. Also, no need as far as I can tell, to book through VRBO. Added unnecessary cost?
