15 Trevithick Court is a bijou holiday bolthole that nestles within the grounds of Tolroy Manor. A bright two bedroomed bungalow with 1 double and 1 twin room, bathroom and open plan kitchen / dining and living space, 15 Trevithick Court is a great location for couples, friends or small families to escape to.

Living Area: Open plan living/ dining area with two double seater sofas, a dining table for four guests, fitted TV and patio dorrs leading to the front entrance.
Kitchen: Modern fitted kitchen with oven and hob, cooking equipment, cutlert, dishes and microwave.
Bedroom 1: A double bed, with fitted wardrobe, drawers and side table.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, drawers and an exterior door, which can be locked.
Shower Room: A fitted shower, wash basin and W.C.
Outside: The property is on one level and has a patio out front with a picnic bench for enjoying the day. There is also parking nearby so it is easily accessible for guests.

Close to the park's amenities including pool, bar and a restaurant and with almost adjacent parking, just a short drive to Hayle, it's amenities and beaches, with St. Ives and Penzance not far away, Trevithick Court is a great location from which to explore West Cornwall.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
