Located at the base of the Peak 9 Mountain, you will enjoy easy ski slope access. This condo is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, drinking and more that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer.
This spacious studio suite sleeps 4 and is perfect for year-round adventures. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access on Peak 9, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! You can ski during the morning and come back for lunch in your own condo! In the summer, you can hike, swim, bike, fish, golf, horseback ride, white water raft, and much more! Or, just kick back and enjoy the view or sample one of Breckenridge’s many restaurants, breweries or distilleries!
New renovations bring a modern, yet classic style to this condo, including a spacious King Size bed, new appliances, and a fun vintage ski vibe. Guests have plenty of room to relax on all new furniture in the living area in front of a flat screen TV, with full Google Home integration so you can cast your favorite videos and play your favorite music from your phone / smart device! The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the slopes on Peak 9, catch a glimpse of the Quicksilver Chairlift, and people watch from the privacy of the unit. Everything was pretty smooth. Amount of communication was a little much. Seem to get about 8 emails from different address for this booking. Price is a little high for the space but the best part is the amenities that come with the property. My only neg would be if you plan on staying in this complex with NO A/C make sure you check the forecast. Definingly got a little warm in the condo.

Ski Mountain somehow is involved with booking. They notified me last min that I would be parking 10 min walk from my condo. Not great news. And personally they weren’t very apologetic but rather blamed me for the mis step. They don’t have the best customer service either. Very rude for no reasonCondo was great and location was awesome. All in all happy with trip

The location of the building and renovations made to the actual unit, were wonderful. However, they need some serious quality control when it comes to cleanliness. Upon arrival, the floors were so filthy i could feel the grit with my shoes on. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, and the living room surfaces clearly hadn’t been cleaned. They showed greasy smears all over them. The entire floor that the unit was on smelled foul like a dumpster. The building is currently going through some renovations, so it was a bit messy in the lobby area, but that’s no big deal. The smell and poor cleaning between tenants would absolutely keep us from booking this building again in the future though.
