A charming vacation home nestled among the vineyards of the Oltrepò Pavese, one of northern Italy’s most captivating wine regions, just a few kilometers from Stradella, Castel San Giovanni, and Belgioioso. Recently renovated, the house combines the rustic charm of the countryside with the comforts of modern amenities, offering a relaxing and authentic stay.
The property features three spacious bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—sleeping a total of 6 guests, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a newly built outdoor wooden bathroom.
Outside, guests can enjoy ample private parking, a barbecue with firewood provided, and four bicycles perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
During the summer months (June through August), you can access two affordable swimming pools in nearby villages: a small, picturesque pool in Costa Montefedele, just 800 meters from the house, and a larger one at the Cardazzo Sports Center, 2 km away, which features a snack bar and a children’s pool.
The surrounding area offers hilltop villages rich in history and breathtaking views, as well as the opportunity to visit the art cities of Emilia such as Parma, Modena, and Reggio Emilia, or to discover the beauty of Pavia, with its charming historic center, the majestic Certosa di Pavia, and the Castle of Chignolo Po.
The property is pet-friendly and welcomes pets.
