The apartment is located on Via Allende, 200 meters from the beautiful Torre dell'Orso Bay. Situated in the town center, it has all the necessary amenities nearby (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, etc.), so you can leave your car and get around on foot.
Located on the first floor, the first floor features a private entrance patio where you can park your car and where a staircase leads up to Casa Gabry Oro. It also features a spacious, level terrace of approximately 40 square meters, covered and enclosed on the main facade by retractable awnings,
equipped with a central table, chairs, and armchairs—ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors, and enjoying the sun 🌞
