We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had a nicely appointed kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, which was a great bonus. The towels and toiletries were excellent quality, and having a washer and dryer made our stay even more convenient. The location is fantastic if you're planning to walk to the baseball stadium or explore downtown. However, because it's in such a busy area, be prepared for a lot of nighttime noise from traffic and people on the street. We ended up moving from the primary bedroom with the king bed to the second bedroom with the queen bed because it was noticeably quieter. While the location was convenient, we also didn't feel especially comfortable walking around the area at night. If you're looking for a place that's close to the action and don't mind city noise, this condo is a great choice. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs or consider whether a quieter location would be a better fit.

We had a brief snag with check-in but Erika was quick to reply and solved our issue quickly. The apartment is in a perfect spot to get on the Conmector street car. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and attractions we wanted to see. It was a little loud on the street at night but that’s to be expected in a city. We really enjoyed our stay here, and Erika was a fantastic host.

The space was clean and perfect for our needs. Great location for walking to the stadium etc. would stay there again!

Came to town for Flying Pig Marathon. Two couples stayed for the weekend. Super easy to get to. The valet parking around the corner was clutch! Great experience.
