Located on the lively shopping street De Laat, here you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of urban vibrancy and cozy tranquility. After a day of shopping, visiting the famous cheese market, or relaxing on a patio, De Laat Vintage is the ideal place to unwind.

**The Space**
Our apartment is charmingly decorated in a warm vintage style, with great attention to comfort and detail. The spacious living room features a cozy sitting area, a dining table, and a smart TV for relaxing. In the kitchen, you’ll find another cozy seating area to enjoy together, and of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a gas stove, a large refrigerator, and a kettle.

Up the stairs, you’ll find the spacious bedroom, where a comfortable bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. The spacious bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink.

Upon arrival, you’ll enter the building’s central lobby, which houses a total of four vacation apartments.

**The Location**
De Laat Vintage is located on the charming shopping street De Laat, right in the heart of Alkmaar’s bustling city center. From the apartment, you can walk right to charming outdoor cafes, unique boutiques, and, of course, the famous cheese market. Museums, restaurants, and the historic canals are also within walking distance. Thanks to its central location, De Laat Vintage is the ideal base from which to discover everything Alkmaar has to offer. You can even reach the beaches of Bergen aan Zee or Egmond aan Zee within a twenty-minute drive!

There is a visitor parking permit, which means you can park for free for 3 hours near the apartment. Handy for unloading your belongings. After that, we’ll drive a bit farther to find a free parking area and park the car there.
