8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
This basement apartment requires using stairs to enter, which may be helpful to keep in mind when booking. It also shares an entrance with a shared space with the owner. The plumbing in the single bathroom was quite loud, so nighttime restroom trips could be disruptive for anyone sleeping nearby. Since the owner lives upstairs, some early-morning or nighttime household noise was also audible. That said, the host was very kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a welcoming host; guests who are sensitive to nighttime noise may simply want to take that into consideration.

Host communicated well. We were informed we may hear people upstairs but it was not an issue. Rooms were clean. Not too far from a main road with plenty of options for food.

The place was clean with lots of space. It is in the basement so there are stairs, but we didn't have any issue with that. There is someone living upstairs but they were really nice.
