-I have one bedroom apartment very close to the beach ( a walking distance 50 minutes ). This apartment comes fully furnished with laundry section(washer and dryer ready for use - No coin needed)
-The apartment is in the back of my business where I have some offices, entrance from the alley. It has its own private entry door, with a shared entrance . It can accommodate 4 guests.
-Its master bedroom has a bedroom set ( with a queen bed)+ closet + bathroom + fire place as a decoration. It has small window on very top of the dresser. Also it has leather couch set at the living area. It has a big basic tv. It has central AC / heating . Plus I have a high chair and a play bin for little kids too if needed. The kitchen is full of its essential .
- Has extra queen size air mattress for extra guests.
-No pets allowed. No indoor smoking.
-The location of the apartment is the west side of Culver City. It's very near by Venice beach (2.6 miles away).
- There is a discount for a week or more of staying

The host was very accommodating when I asked to slide my five day stay up one day. Check-in was pretty straightforward, although there was a little confusion finding the door to the apartment. After opening the storm door, the apartment door is on the left behind a black mesh curtain and very hard to see, especially at night. I tried to get in a door on the right, which was much more obvious, but the key didn’t work there. The upstairs occupants told us about the door on the left. As many reviews have stated there are no windows in the apartment. Although it was a little gloomy, it wasn’t a real inconvenience to us. The main room which has the kitchen does not have a dining table of any kind. There is only a low coffee table in front of the couch. The place was very clean. We would probably stay here again.

This apt was very clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The host was responsive—we initially had an air mattress that was not staying inflated so Amir brought a new one as soon as we told him. I only gave 3 stars, though, because there was an overwhelming chemical smell throughout the apt. Even when we ran the a/c and opened the door and used a fan to blow air out of the apt, the odor persisted. I think it was because the apt shares a ventilation system with the appliance repair shop next door. We reported the odor to the owner but he acted as if he was unaware of it, which is hard to believe. It was so overwhelming that we left a day early and stayed in a hotel for our last night because it was difficult to fall asleep. Our clothes and belongings has a mild residue of the smell even after we left.
