Great location. Right downtown. Public transit is steps from the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Gated, secure entrance. Felt very safe overall.
The description of the DOUBLE ROOM is misleading. The Booking description states that the kitchen is PRIVATE. It is not; it is shared with other rooms. Also, even though the kitchen and other areas are shared, we were not allowed to store our things there. Beware, there is a late check-in fee. It is in the description - make sure you pay attention to it. We didn't, and it was a surprise for us, as it's very unusual.

atrašanās vieta laba (dzelsceļa pietura aiz stūra), veikali, bāri rokas stiepienā. Ļoti pretimnākoša saimniece.
te drīzāk pretenzija ne viesnīcai - skaļa iela, un nākamajā ritā slikta smaka no tualetes

Molto cordiale la proprietaria, molto utile l'uso della cucina, ottima la posizione come punto di partenza per autobus, treni, traghetti, chiese, ...

The room is located close to the train station, with local community and restaurants. It’s a bit noisy because on the street side but still acceptable. Clean, with private bathroom and shared spacious kitchen.
The check-in time is very limited (3pm-6pm) and ridiculous for tourists. There’s no self check-in option so we were charged extra 20€ for the late check-in at 10pm, returned from the island visiting. If you not guarantee to arrive between the 3 hours, I do not recommend it because basically there’re many other options.
