Great location, easy to find, plenty restaurants within walking distance.
No sheet for the sleeper couch, lots of crumbs under the pillows of the sleeper couch, no parking available for the apartment, had to drive around looking for paid parking.

Great location. Lovely view over the river. Clean & comfortable.
A little hard to find. A different choice of pillow would be better.
