Excellent arrangement for a hostel; Friendly reception staff; Beds were comfortable; Having a Women's bathroom; Complimentary items (including ear plugs, which came in very useful); Good breakfast; Excellent location to transport, local eateries - with Chinatown and Hindu Temple right across the road; Communal lounge, seating area to work on your laptop with free WIFI, or eat snacks and meals - with complimentary tea & coffee; Lots of boardgames; 'No Shoes' areas & 'No food & drinks' allowed in rooms were helpful in keeping the bathrooms & dorms clean; Cafe & bar onsite; Luggage storage room available after your check-out time.
Our room was located right next to a walkway, between two sets of stairs and I'd constantly be woken up by people walking/running up & down outside our room at all hours of the night; Other guests not respecting the Hostel's 'QuietTime' rules by having a conversation over loud speaker on their phones right outside our room; Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper and want more private space; Wet-room style bathrooms where toilet seats and floors were always wet; We had some clothes on the communal hanger and one particular item was stolen - reception staff could not give us any information to assist with locating it, even though there are always quite a few housekeeping staff washing & hanging laundry in that area.

相比普通酒店，公寓房间空间更宽敞，一家人住起来比较舒服。房间设施基本齐全，住几天也很方便。位置不错，去市区游玩和购物都比较方便。管家服务也比较及时，入住前会提前说明流程。总体来说一家人都住得比较满意。

Der Gebäudekomplex verfügt über eine schöne Fitnessterrasse und ein Dinner-Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht.
Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Die Übergabe war anstrengend, da der Treffpunkt mit dem Gastgeber schwer zu finden war und wir erst ein Raucherzimmer bekamen, so dass wir nochmal wechseln mussten. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr spärlich, man hat nur einen Kochtopf und keine Gläser oder Schneidemesser etc.
Der Pool, wegen dem ich diese Unterkunft gebucht hatte, war genau während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen. Meine Bitte um einen finanziellen Ausgleich dafür (eine Unterkunft ohne Pool wäre 1/3 günstiger gewesen) wurde bislang ignoriert.
