A luxurious, brand-new apartment in the perfect location with exceptional hosts

The welcome was truly exceptional. Olha was there to greet us personally, and she had prepared cakes and complimentary drinks for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. She explained everything clearly and gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. Nikola stayed in contact with us throughout our stay via WhatsApp and replied instantly whenever we had a question. Their hospitality was outstanding. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Kotor Old Town, only a 4-minute walk from the shopping center and supermarket. Although the Old Town is lively and full of atmosphere, the windows are very well insulated, so we slept peacefully. Everything in the apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture. The recent renovation has been done to a very high standard. The apartment feels truly luxurious. It was also incredibly well equipped. Every little detail had been thought of, and we didn’t miss a single thing during our stay.

Honestly, it is very difficult to find anything negative. The only very minor point is that the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms squeaked a little when someone turned over during the night. However, one of our children slept there and it didn’t really bother them. It was such a small issue that it did not affect our stay at all.

Excellent apartment with easy access to Kotor and area

Beautifully updated spacious apartment with easy access to the historical Kotor area. Everything like restaurants, shopping mall and bay are within an easy walk from apartment.

Kitchen and washing appliances took a bit of time to understand how to operate, but that is expected since appliance manufacturers are many.

Stylish, comfortable third floor apartment.

Perfect location in Old Town, good communication from owners, nice little extras left for us (juice, water, coffee pods, washing machine powder). Nice and quiet with double glazed windows, modern air conditioning units everywhere.

Had to pay cash, no lift for suitcases.

The property was in an excellent location in the heart of the old town

Whilst there are 2 bathrooms, one is a WC only and one bathroom has a shower

Our hosts were responsive and genuinely caring that our stay was satisfactory.

The building had no lift and the flat is located on the 3/f. (Walk up)
