The hotel is situated in a serene part of Landour. We got a room with a balcony. The view was breathtaking, especially in the morning. There are grocery and wine stores a few metres away. The property is relatively very new and everything is clean. Family-managed property. If you are lucky enough you will meet the most hospitable and courteous general manager.
If you are not on a breakfast-included plan, you must place your order the previous day, so that necessary arrangements can be done. Or else be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes.

The female manager was the best thing about this place. She gets 10/10. The rest was just ok.
After taking a pillowcase off we noticed the entire pillow was covered in black mold. Breakfast "buffet" was a joke.
