I was moved to another room on my second day and another hotel on my last day. The last hotel room was comfortable. The manager Farid was very helpful and responded very quickly to all queries.

The fact that I paid for breakfast but didn't get any for 3 days due to the booked tours, given that the manager knew tours start early they refused to pack a breakfast but instead gave me a juice packet and croissant in a pack that was bought at a grocery store. Also the beds were uncomfortable, I booked a double and got two single mattresses put together (both different sizes)! The bathroom smelled like sewage all the time. They put me in the old side of the building and not the upgraded side- when I raised this they said booking puts superior but their system is recorded as 'new standard' room. Felt honestly like a tourist trap and will not be staying there again. Also super noisy, I was awoken multiple times one night from neighbour's banging doors at 1 am!
