Visit Not to be repeated due to all of the above unfortunately

Location was extremely noisy.

We felt the property was extremely ill equipped. No hand towels in the bathroom, no rubbish bin, no bathmat, a drizzle of shower gel and on entering the property human hair was found in the washing basin. No hooks to hang coats or bath robes. Not notified of the entrance key code on arrival. Very minimal crockery and cutlery. All the doors were creaking on opening and closing. Only one bedside cabinet in bedroom, no mirror and selving unit in bedroom is extremely dangerous during to it's position I.e. wall mounted next the the bed at head height. Shower enclosure dangerous due to the close proximity to the door.

Pleasant but could be even better

Bathroom was very nice, kitchen well equipped

Cleaner hadn’t cleaned under toaster and microwave so crumbs left. Towel had a bleach mark. Better towels- bath sheets requiredFan needed for warm weather. No mattress protector and very flat pillows.

7 / 10

Nice, but not as restful as hoped for.

The bed was comfy, the bath was lovely and the apartment was easy to find.

Because you’re right next to a Tesco car park, which is the meeting location of lots of local youths and their cars, it was noisy until late at night.

The apartment at The Mail Rooms was fantastic, beautifully finished, we would highly recommend staying there, location is handy to travel around the north West and is very close to all amenities, can't wait to visit again
