Gazda foarte primitoare, stia bine limba engleza. Vederea superba asupra marii datorita localizarii pe plaja a proprietatii. Unitatea de dus foarte spatioasa, compartimentarea excelenta a apartamentului si doua unitati de aer conditionat. Dotarea bucatariei foarte buna. Scara interioara foarte lata, eleganta.
