Great apartment! Good mattresses, more firm than soft, just very good. Fully equipped kitchen, brand new fridge. Wooden floor, easy for sandy feed to clean. TV with lots of channels. Big balcony with chairs and a great view. Great water pressure in shower. Overall great, would definitely stay there again.

Small things could need improvements to make the stay easier: Fridge door needs to be changed to open to the other side, not towards the entry door as is. Please provide coasters for the tables! (we had to use lots of paper towels to keep the tables dry) Way too many throw pillows in this unit- at least for our taste. A shelf under the bathroom sink would be great for toiletries, etc.

It was everything and more than what was mentioned. It was well up to date. Very clean place that I am looking forward to rebooking later this year.

Only problem was the front of the apartments was small and crowded so unloading and reloading the vehicles was unorganized. But not bad enough to take a way from our experience or the location.

Being on the beach

No extra blankets

Location, dog friendly, ocean front, pool and parking

Room -felt like it was a Airbnb more than a hotel room. Too many restriction’s on towel , cleaning, etc. I had to clean dishes before using, bring my own towels and buy more toilet paper. We stayed 6 nights and was given 1 small soap and 2 small bottles of shower gel for 2 people. Even though the room was ready they will charge you for entering early. The worst thing is the bed. Hard as a Rock!!! They brought out 1 foam topper( pretty gross) to use. I love Patrica Grand, but the room makes the difference on a good stay or bad. I will never use this room type again. It has more room than a studio but when you have uncomfortable furniture and small TVs it doesn’t really mater.
