This beachfront apartment offers a breathtaking view of the coast and a communal pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Situated just 50 meters from the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, a Blue Flag beach for the cleanliness of its waters, the penthouse is ideal for families and groups of friends, up to 4 people. The property is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged friends are welcome!
The penthouse, located on the third floor (accessible by stairs), has a private sea-view terrace, ideal for outdoor dining with a sea view. Guests can also enjoy the communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. The proximity to the "Soda Thanks Beach Club" offers the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas for a relaxing day at the beach.
The apartment, furnished with taste and functionality, is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump to ensure maximum comfort in every season. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, kitchen utensils, moka pot, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The penthouse has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine, and 2 electric mosquito repellents to ensure a peaceful rest.
Attico Vista Mare is strategically located to explore the beauties of south-eastern Sicily. Within walking distance, there are numerous restaurants (Il braciere, Soda Thanks, Verde Basilico, Il Veliero, Il Cianciuolo, La Lampara) and a supermarket (Blu). The town of Pozzallo, with its tourist port, is only 5 km away.
