Whether you're unwinding by the fire pit under a starry sky, paddling on the lake, or simply enjoying the stillness of the woods, Peaceful Pines is your retreat from the hectic pace of everyday life.
This spacious, comfortable home sleeps 8…, making it ideal for family vacations, couples' retreats, or friend getaways. Inside, you’ll find 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, and comfortable living and gathering spaces with beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding pines. Plenty of parking space if you are bringing a trailer – boat or snowmobile. Outside you can gather around the outdoor fire pit, perfect for evening s’mores, stories, or simply soaking in the peace of the pines.

Situated just across the street from walk-in lake access, you’re free to bring your canoe, kayak, or paddle board and spend your days exploring the peaceful waters of Lower Kaubashine Lake. Local charm abounds with a handful of quaint Northwoods bar & grills, ice cream stands, and a welcoming coffee shop nearby for your morning fix. Less than a mile away, the scenic Bearskin Trail offers miles of recreational fun spanning from Tomahawk to Minocqua—bike or walk the trail in summer or hit it on a snowmobile come winter. Just around the corner (3.5 miles) is Timber Ridge Golf Club catering to all skill levels if you are looking for a day on the course.

Had a great time at this up north getaway. The house was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. They had everything you could possibly need for your stay. A nice surprise was the addition of an air conditioner, since it was in the 90's. The kids loved the welcome basket! We loved watching all the deer on the property. Also, saw a woodpecker and so many monarch butterflies. The backyard was so peaceful. The owners were great to work with and quick addressing any issues that arose. Overall a great property and we would stay again!

We had an absolute wonderful stay at “Peaceful Pines.” The hosts were very easy to work with and had great communication. The house was very comfortable and very clean. We were amazed at all the extra amenities, like bath soaps in all bathrooms, laundry detergent, little makeup remover towelettes, Tylenol packs, etc. The house can accommodate a lot of people and great if you have children and having their own space in the lower level. The kitchen is spectacular ( a big feature for me as the cook). The yard is also beautiful and the deer that visit the yard are such a bonus. We saw upwards of 5 deer and two fawns. They graze in the front and backyard throughout the day. They’re so peaceful! The house is only 10 minutes from Minocqua and just a quick jaunt to get to Hwy. 51 to and from the house. As an added bonus the hosts left a welcome basket with s’more goodies and other treats, that was so special. The stay we had at “Peaceful Pines” well surpassed our expectations and definitely recommend this house to anyone!!! :-)

We had a wonderful time at Ken and Connie’s place! It was a much needed week in the peaceful Minocqua area … very close to many dining and experiences. We very much enjoyed watching the deer come and go daily. Thank you Ken and Connie!
