We spent 4 nights here and would highly recommend this hotel. The location was very convenient, close to the train station. The onsen were really nice, you have a great view of the town on the upper floor, after taking a bath. Private onsen is also very affordable (1000 yen).
The breakfast was also great, traditional meal and also a buffet where you can get more stuff.
Would definitely stay here again

Room was huge and the mattress was first-rate. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was varied and delicious. It was just as advertised.

Fresh linen and slippers available for use in my room and the onsen. Great views from the observation deck. They were very helpful when I was confused about a booking for an activity. Coffee is available all day too.
