In this area, the lagoon views are ever present, but the privacy is unmatched. Flanking the family room is a peaceful sunroom. Close the pocket doors for privacy and quiet or open them to invite this space into the entire villa. Upstairs is the master retreat, which has peaceful views as well as ample closet space. These villas are known to have the most storage as any on Kiawah and no other place in 4925 Turtle Point is this more evident than the master suite. The renovations didn't stop with the first floor and are present throughout the villa and in the master suite too. There is a large subway tiled stand up shower, a two sink vanity and a deep soaking tub. Additionally, there is a private balcony which offers long lagoon views, which is only accessible from the master bedroom. Located on the first floor are two additional bedrooms both with private bathrooms, one with a new king sized bed, the other with two twins.
