The house was very clean, great communication with the host. The only issue was some of the windows had no blinds or curtains so you could see straight into the rooms including a bedroom.

We loved our stay. David was such a generous host. We had a unique situation where we were in town for a family emergency. David was kind, empathetic, flexible, generous and accommodating. We can’t thank him enough. We will be visiting Decatur again over the next few years and hope to stay on this property. It is really close to Millikin University which was a huge bonus.

We enjoyed the stay so much. There were a few hiccups, and due to the heat the house could greatly benefit from upgraded AC but we would definitely come stay again. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we were close to everything we needed.
