We stayed in two different rooms, the first night we were in basically a brand new room. Still smelled like new furniture/paint. Second night the room had clearly been stayed in. Not dirty just not brand new. The hotel is only a year old or so. On site laundry is wonderful. No pool or breakfast only bummers. The staff were wonderful!
